INFORMATION CONCERNING CONDITIONS AND PRINCIPLES OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA:
According to the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC – hereinafter referred to as GDPR, we inform how our company will process personal data provided to us by clients.

Your personal data will be processed:
- pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. b) and lit. c) GDPR in order to:
a) take action before concluding the contract at the request of the data subject or performance of the contract to which the data subject is a party;
b) fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator;
- based on Article. 6 par. 1 lit. f) GDPR – for purposes resulting from the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator, i.e.:
a) investigation or securing of claims;
b) conducting quality analyzes and statistics on the services rendered and products made;
c) archiving documents, including files related to commercial contact
The recipient of your personal data is the Administrator, its authorized employees and associates, as well as entities dealing in IT services, accounting services and co-operators in the field of legal assistance as well as employees and co-workers of such entities.
Please be advised that you have the right to request the Administrator to access your data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, object to processing, and request data transfer. In the case of data processing based on the consent granted, such consent may be withdrawn by you at any time (withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal).
Period by which personal data will be stored:
- personal data processed in order to conclude or perform the contract or fulfill the legal obligation of the Administrator will be kept for the duration of the contract, and after its expiry for the period necessary to secure or seek any claims vested in the Administrator;
and in relation to it, will be kept for the period necessary to fulfill the legal obligation of the Administrator (e.g. resulting from tax or accounting regulations);
- personal data processed for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator will be processed until the objection to such processing has been filed,
- personal data processed on the basis of consent will be processed until its revocation.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection or another supervisory authority (introduced in its place) when the processing of your personal data in your opinion violates the provisions of the GDPR.
Your personal data will not be processed in the form of profiling [automated decision-making], nor will it be transferred to third countries.
